We’re pitmasters, sauce makers, travelers, flavor chasers, and BBQ storytellers.

Our days start before dawn, loading smokers, trimming ribs, brushing glazes, and making great barbecue for hungry crowds.

Most of our nights are spent maintaining smokers and cook trailers, meeting folks and swapping stories with festival fans who come back year after year.
