Aussom Aussie BBQ Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aussom Aussie BBQ! We work hard to pack and ship your orders quickly so you can enjoy your favorite sauces, rubs, and provisions as fast as possible. Please review the policy below for details on order processing, delivery timelines, and important shipping information.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods—such as holidays, new product launches, or sale events—processing times may be slightly longer.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates unless a flat-rate or free-shipping promotion applies.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is occasionally offered on select items or bundles. Free shipping applies after discounts and before tax, unless otherwise stated.

 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, packages typically arrive within:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Based on the carrier service selected at checkout

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and events beyond our control may extend delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

If tracking appears “stuck,” it is usually due to carrier scanning delays.

Warm Weather & Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Many Aussom Aussie products—including BBQ sauces, hot sauces, and provisions—can be affected by heat during transit.

To protect your purchase:

  • Please bring your package indoors promptly after delivery.

  • Minor cosmetic issues such as label scuffs, bottle seepage around caps, or separation often occur due to pressure/temperature changes and typically do not affect product quality.

  • If your order arrives clearly spoiled, broken, or unusable, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and its contents.

We are not responsible for damage caused by packages left outdoors for extended periods, especially in hot climates.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delayed or returned shipments caused by address issues

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We can reship it to the correct address at the customer’s expense.

  • Or provide a refund minus shipping costs and any carrier return fees.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check around your delivery area and with neighbors.

  2. Confirm the address entered at checkout.

  3. Contact the carrier to open a delivery trace or claim.

If the carrier cannot locate the package after investigation, contact us and we will review the situation case-by-case.

International Shipping

If international shipping is added in the future:

  • Customers will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond estimated transit times.

  • Refused or abandoned packages are not eligible for refunds of shipping costs.

 

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments and packages.

Each package will receive its own tracking number.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Aussom Aussie ships the incorrect item.
